Delivery and Returns

 

Our Delivery Policy

All office supplies orders will be processed on the same working day if placed before 17:00pm (Monday to Friday). Next day delivery is subject to items being available in stock at the time of purchase. All furniture items must be placed by 14:00pm to qualify for next day delivery, any orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48hrs, excluding furniture installations and made to order items. We endeavour to deliver all furniture orders received before 14:00 on the next working day, however on occasion due to transporter routing and capacity constraints, we may need to deliver on the second working day after receiving your order.  

Any orders placed after these cutoff times, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day for delivery within the standard lead time.

All deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 18:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

All deliveries must be signed for and any visible parcel damage or parcel shortages reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note. Should you wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour, please notify our support team in advance and please leave a note with clear instructions on the door of the original delivery location. If no-one is available to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to re-attempt the delivery on another day.

Please note, furniture deliveries will have a pre-arranged delivery, should this delivery fail due no-one being available, re-attempts will be at the courier’s discretion and from time to time, they may return the items to us following the first failed delivery attempt. We therefore reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs should this arise.

Next day delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes and delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not a guaranteed next day service, therefore we advise delivery within 72hrs to these locations. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Highlands, Shetland, Orkney, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Alderney may have additional delivery charges applied and longer delivery lead times. Where applicable, these additional costs will be confirmed at checkout.

 

Furniture Delivery Charges

Free delivery excludes Highlands, offshore Islands & Northern Ireland - delivery charge calculated at checkout.

As standard, furniture items will be delivered at the kerb-side, however during a survey of 20 furniture deliveries, 90% were delivered to a room of choice – this is at the couriers discretion and usually due to insurance purposes for manual lifting. If you do have any specific delivery requirements for your furniture, please contact us at the point of order and we will aim to accommodate where possible.

We also offer a full furniture installation on a day of choice for a small additional cost, all packaging will be removed and your furniture items built where required. Our drivers will call ahead of the install day to ensure it’s convenient to enter your premises at the agreed time. For more information on this service, please contact us.

 

Picking Errors & Additional Items

From time to time, we get things wrong! Any incorrect, shortage or additional items must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time. All picking errors, short deliveries and additional item deliveries will be rectified immediately at no additional cost. Any incorrect items or additional items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.

 

Faulty Goods

Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collect and replace at no additional cost. We will endeavour to replace any goods damaged in transit, or any incorrectly delivered items, on the next working day if these are reported before 12am. However, due to delivery capacity constraints in certain areas, such deliveries may take up to 48 hours to action.

 

No Quibble Returns Policy

 

No one likes hassle with returns, so we like to make things nice and easy for you.

 If you change your mind on an office stationery product, no problem, we offer a no-quibble returns policy.

You may return unwanted items to us for credit.

Items must returned be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

 

Special orders, made to order items, bespoke items and some branded items may not be returned unless they are faulty.  If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement within the product’s warranty period after the defect has been verified by the manufacturer.

If your faulty item was a special order and requires to be replaced, we will include any branding free of charge along with the replacement provided under warranty.

 

Made to order furniture items are non-returnable and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Any furniture items which are received and not in full working order will be replaced free of charge.

 

If you change your mind on furniture items, we can only accept a return if the original packaging hasn’t been opened, damaged or torn. All furniture returns are chargeable, at a 35% handling fee and will be only accepted within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned which have clearly been opened will result in the item being returned back to you and a refund not provided. We are unable to resell any furniture that has been opened or built.
